Futures In Mind CLG is a facilitator of funded counselling sessions. Our counsellors are independent practitioners who must meet specified qualification and registration criteria before joining our panel.

You enter into a private client–counsellor relationship with your assigned independent practitioner.

Futures In Mind CLG does not hold your counselling notes or clinical data — those are held solely by your assigned counsellor.

Futures In Mind CLG arranges funding and venues, but all clinical decisions and records remain the responsibility of your independent counsellor.

We will retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes — typically up to 7 years, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised.
